I’ve placed an order but can’t log into my PlanetJune account.
If you didn’t create a PlanetJune account, and used the PayPal Express Checkout, my shop would have created an account, and a temporary password, for you. You should have received an email with the password – if you didn’t receive it, it’s probably in your Spam folder. (If you can’t find that email in your Spam either, continue to the next step below, to get a new password.)
If your password isn’t working, click ‘Forgot your password?’ from the login screen, enter your email address and my system will send you a new temporary password (check your Spam if you don’t see the email). You can change your password to something you’ll remember once you’ve logged in!
Do you have more than one email address? Maybe you created your PlanetJune account with a different email address. Your email address is your account username, so you must use the same email each time you login. (If you change your email address, login with the old email address, then update your PlanetJune account details from ‘My Account’.)
If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t log in, the mostly likely scenario is that you misspelled your email address when you first created your PlanetJune account! Please email me with your name and email address and any details you remember from your order (e.g. the approximate date of your order and which pattern(s) you ordered). If you saved the email receipt from my shop or PayPal/Stripe, that will have the date of the order and probably the items you ordered.
Don’t worry if you don’t remember the exact details of your order, but the more information you can provide, the easier it’ll be for me to track down your order and find your PlanetJune account.
