When will you reply to my email?
Timeline: I always try to respond to customer support requests within the following timeline (but please remember that the ‘PlanetJune customer support team’ is just me, and occasionally there are circumstances beyond my control).
- Technical support (download problems etc): 24 hours
- Pattern support (help with a pattern you’ve purchased): 48 hours
- General PlanetJune-related questions: 2 business days
- Other questions: 5 business days
If you need my help regarding your order or have a question about one of my patterns, I’ll always reply:
- If you haven’t received a reply within this timeframe, please check your Spam folder. Automated shop emails come from shop@planetjune.com, but my personal replies come directly from june@planetjune.com (so please look for an email from ‘June at PlanetJune’)!
- If you still don’t see my reply, please feel free to send a quick follow-up email in case your message slipped through the cracks.
