Introducing the next addition to AmiDogs Set 3: a Corgi!

crocheted corgi by planetjune

While researching the breed, I discovered there are actually two breeds of Corgi. The Cardigan Welsh Corgi is larger and has a long bushy tail.

The smaller Pembroke Welsh Corgi has a foxy appearance and no tail! I chose to make this variety 🙂

Queen Elizabeth II keeps several of these little corgis. I wonder what she would think of my crocheted version…

Are these cute little corgis for sale? And if so, how much? It’s hard to find corgi
items, let alone adorable ones. Thanks.

Give them a cow to herd! lol… Pembroke welsh corgies are perfect for herding cows, they’re short, so they won’t get kicked, and they have no tail, so they won’t get their tail bitten.

    Ruby (my pembroke) loves this!

But in their “natural” state! My two beautiful “grandpuppies” have floppy ears! Hey! If you like, I can send you a picture of them!
