little bunny

Yesterday’s amigurumi piglet needed a friend. Here is the smallest, simplest bunny I could dream up:

If you’re interested, there will be patterns for the pig and the bunny – sign up for my mailing list if you’d like to know when they are available 🙂

And now I have a question for you. I could keep designing these simple tiny ami for just about every variety of animal out there. They are a joy to make because they are so small and easy to whip up. Would you like to see some more (a whole new mini pattern range), or is two enough? Help me to decide!

PS – Catherine Andrews: please contact me with an alternate e-mail address. I keep getting a delivery failure when I try to send your patterns to the e-mail address you use for PayPal!

UPDATE: Looking for the pattern? You can find the PocketAmi Set 2 crochet pattern in my shop.

    Hello,
I love those cute bunnies. I want to make a whole bunch for my math students to use as a math manipulative. Can you please tell me what book or place I can find the pattern for a small either crochet or knot bunny that I can make over the summer?

I wish my crochet was this cute.
I make these Critters, Here’s a pic I made with Arcsoft Photostudio:

I hope the picture is visable, as I’m only guessing that that’s how pics are posted in comments.

I am totally up for more! Small projects are best fo rmy ADD mind. If you are looking for suggestions….
I like the barnyard Garfield Lover talked about and I was thinking maybe a safari? A giraffe, zebra, rhino, tiger etc.
Anything you choose is guaranteed to be cute though!

  6. Oh my Lord, the both of them are more than adorable!

Most ppl like to make quick, easy and cute stuff, so I think your mini series would work really well! … more please!

I think you should do like a barnyard series of them. You could make a cow, horse, chicken, duck, dog, cat, or a goat. You could call it mini barnyard, and if you are feeling extra creative you could make a little barn to put them in. Just some sugestions.

I think a mini series would be charming (but then I adore miniature, so am a tad biased!!) Most importantly, they appeal to you, and give you joy making them, and on that basis, I think you should make some more

    🙂

What a cutie! This one’s cute too. Keep doing some more! How abot a puppy,a cow, a bird,or a monkey with a bendable tail to hang him upside down. Great work(again!) Lol!
