When problems occur

If you have a Gift Certificate Balance in your account, you can use it to pay for items in the store.

At checkout, you'll see a box showing your available balance. Just enter the amount you'd like to apply to your order.

If your Gift Certificate Balance doesn’t cover the full cost, you'll need to choose another payment method for the remaining amount.

If your balance is more than the total, the unused portion will stay in your account for future purchases.
