Gallery FAQ

General Tips

  • Your My Patterns page keeps track of which patterns you've reviewed or uploaded a photo for, so you don’t need to remember which ones you've done. Look for the faded-out icons to see what you've already submitted.
Note: All submissions are verified manually by June, so they may not appear for up to 24 hours!

  • My Patterns only shows individual patterns. If you want to review or submit a photo for a pattern set, go to the Gallery & Reviews tab on that set's shop page and add your review/photo from there.

How to Add Your Photos to the PlanetJune Gallery

I'd love to showcase your finished PlanetJune projects here on the pattern pages!

I have three easy ways for you to add your photos to the gallery:

Option 1: Upload from your PJ account

For any patterns you've bought, head to My Account > My Patterns

You'll see a Upload a photo camera icon beside each of your patterns. Click it to upload your photo to that pattern's gallery.

(You'll also see a Write a review review icon to click, if you haven’t yet left your rating and review!)

Option 2: Upload from the pattern page

On any pattern listing in the shop, click the Gallery & Reviews tab.

Click the add your photo button to upload your project image to that pattern's gallery.

Option 3: Import from Ravelry (optional)

If you post your PlanetJune projects on Ravelry, I can add your photos to each pattern's gallery for you! To get set up:

  • Email me (june@planetjune.com) with your Ravelry username and the email address you use for your PlanetJune account so I can tie your projects back to you!
  • I'll grab the first photo from each of your completed PlanetJune projects and add them to the right pattern page.
  • All photos will be credited to you using your first name and last initial.

I'll also keep an eye out for your future completed PJ projects from Ravelry and add those too. (If you'd prefer this be a one-time snapshot of your current projects, just let me know when you send me your info.)

Tips for using this option:

  • Please make sure your best photo is first in each Rav project before you submit your details to me.
  • For future projects, upload your best photo before you mark the Rav project as completed, or I might accidentally grab your WIP photo!
  • If you have multiple projects from the same pattern, I’ll choose my favourite 1 or 2 pics for the gallery (I'll update my choices if you add another project in future).
