Do you use AI to create your patterns or photos?
No. PlanetJune is 100% free of AI-generated content.
PlanetJune is just me – June Gilbank. Every word on my website and in my patterns and books is written by me, and every photo shows a real piece that I made and photographed myself (unless it’s a customer photo, which is always credited).
All my patterns are designed, sketched, prototyped, written and photographed by me. If you’re curious about my process, you can see a complete start-to-finish example in my Meerkat Design Report study. Although I wrote that series back in 2014, my process is still the same today.
Each pattern is thoroughly tested and checked for accuracy and clarity before release. If you ever need help, I’m always happy to support you by email (see my You Can Do It! Guarantee for details).
I’ve designed hundreds of crochet patterns since 2007 and published crochet books with Penguin Random House and more. You can follow that history month-by-month through my blog archive and see reviews of my books on Amazon.
