It starts with basic crocheting techniques like how to hold yarn and hook, to how to read patterns, change colors, etc, and then it teaches you a variety of ways to add embellishments, change sizes, and even how to design your own patterns. I can't think of a single thing was missed in this book!

-I am a semi-advanced amigurumi artist, and I have spent SO many hours scouring the internet to learn different techniques. This book has every one of those techniques - and more - clearly illustrated and explained, and all in one place. Where was this when I was learning to crochet???

- I highly recommend this book, no matter what your skill level is. Even if you are an advanced crocheter and have been making amigurumi for years, there is so much in this book for everyone. June really out-did herself with this one. It is seriously amazing.
