Unicorn and Pegasus is an original EXPANSION PACK for the Horse crochet pattern by June Gilbank.

What is an Expansion Pack?

  • An Expansion Pack is an add-on to an existing PlanetJune pattern.
  • The Expansion Pack lets you modify or add to the original pattern to create something else.
  • You cannot use the Expansion Pack alone - you must also purchase the original pattern in order to be able to complete the pictured items in the Expansion Pack pattern.

This Expansion Pack includes all the modifications required to crochet a Unicorn, Pegasus or Alicorn (winged Unicorn).

Yarn: worsted weight yarn in brown and black or other horse colours of your choice, plus a small amount of white for the blaze (optional)

Hook: US E / 3.5mm

Size: approx 8"/20cm long from nose to rump

Eyes: 9mm

Additional info: The elegant wings are a combination of sturdy and decorative, as they're stiff enough to stand up by themselves, while still looking delicate with the feathered edge.

This pattern also includes bonus instructions for making a rainbow-coloured mane and tail!

Please note: to be able to make the pictured items in this Expansion Pack, you must also own the Horse pattern.

Tip: To save money, if you haven't already purchased my Horse, don't purchase this item - instead buy the Horse, Unicorn & Pegasus multipack!
