If you need my help regarding your order or have a question about one of my patterns, I’ll always respond to your emails! If you haven’t received a reply in a timely manner (see Timeline, above, for estimates), please remember to check your Spam folder for my email. Automated emails from my shop are sent from email@example.com, but personal replies directly from me will come from my Gmail address (my name @ gmail.com) so please look out for an email from June Gilbank, not from PlanetJune!
