When will you reply to my email?

Timeline: I try to respond to customer support requests on the following schedule (but please remember that the ‘PlanetJune customer support team’ is just me and I can’t always respond as quickly as I’d like).

  • Technical support – problems downloading purchases etc – 24 hrs
  • Pattern support – help with a pattern you’ve purchased – 48 hrs
  • General PlanetJune-related questions – 2 business days
  • Other questions – 5 business days

If you need my help regarding your order or have a question about one of my patterns, I’ll always respond to your emails! If you haven’t received a reply in a timely manner (see Timeline, above, for estimates), please remember to check your Spam folder for my email. Automated emails from my shop are sent from shop@planetjune.com, but personal replies directly from me will come from my Gmail address (my name @ gmail.com) so please look out for an email from June Gilbank, not from PlanetJune!
