My grandson Ronan delighted in telling everyone his name meant little seal, so of course I had to make this pattern for him. Well we were both delighted in the finished product. I love June’s patterns because they are so clear and easy to follow and my project looks like a “real” seal! The shape of the body and head and the way the flippers attach are perfect! Ronan took it to preschool for show and tell! Now that he’s 9 I plan to make a big one from bulky yarn!
