This is a GREAT pattern! I love, love, love it! It's pretty easy and so realistic. I've rounded up every scrap of tan, brown, beige, cream, gray and even some green yarn from my stash to make these. Absolutely adorable! And there is instant gratification because once you understand the pattern, it goes super fast (especially the scales). Thanks, June! PS - I do use a larger hook than suggested - a G or even larger depending on the yarn, but it doesn't seem to affect the results. Wonderful!
