Oh, the little white lamby is so cute. Now that I see the fuzzy/not-fuzzy detail, it makes the black lamby cute, too. Darn it, why is black so hard to photograph.

Just started on the lamb today. I’m such a rookie and I’m having a hard time with the first bit of rounds, but I might have it figured out. They’re too cute…I can’t give up! :) :) :)

Amy, here’s a different method for starting rounds. It doesn’t work too well with the fuzzy yarn, but it is great for regular yarn (e.g. the lamb’s face and feet): http://www.crochetme.com/Dec_Jan_0405/reads_round.html

Because you will be single crocheting instead of double crocheting as in the instructions, use ‘ch 1′ instead of ‘ch 3′ and ’sc’ instead of ‘dc’.

Hope this helps :) Let me know if you need any more explanation or anything!
