This platypus is overwhelmingly cute. Within minutes of his creation, he'd been stolen by my sister-in-law. At a first glance, I was a bit unsure about the feet, but when I actually did the crocheting of the first one and followed June's instructions, they came out right even though I couldn't visualize what I was doing ahead of time. (The remaining 3 were obviously much easier.) As usual, June's detail in the construction of the platypus was much-needed and led to mine looking just perfect.
