Chunky Elegance Rug Trio is an original PlanetJune Accessories crochet pattern by June Gilbank.

Three crochet patterns in one! Not just resized doilies, this trio of rug patterns has been specifically designed for comfort: they are soft and cozy to sit or stand on, and there are no large holes that your foot could slip through to touch the cold floor. Each round is different, to keep your interest up as you crochet!

Size: The pattern includes coordinated rug designs in three sizes:
Small: approx 20" / 50cm diameter
Medium: approx 30" / 75cm diameter
Large: approx 40" / 100cm diameter

Difficulty: easy/intermediate

Yarn: bulky weight yarn, approx quantities as follows:
Small: 300m
Medium: 650m
Large: 1000m
Sample rugs used Bernat Softee Chunky yarn in Deep Mauve (2, 5, 7 skeins)

Hook: N US / 10mm crochet hook

Details: Pattern is 9 pages long and includes both full written instructions, round by round, for each size, and clear charted stitch diagrams for each size. 

All rug sizes were worked with 2 strands of bulky weight yarn held together. Advice for yarn substitutions is given in the pattern.
