Snake Collection includes 4 different snake designs with markings loosely based on real-life non-venomous snakes:
- Unmarked (single colour) e.g. Green Snake, Black Snake
- Dual-Banded (two-colour stripes) e.g. Ground Snake, Kingsnake

Temperature Snake is an amigurumi-style riff on the temperature blanket/scarf, where you crochet one row per day to represent the maximum temperature that day. The Temperature Snake pattern includes all the crochet instructions needed to crochet a snake in your choice of two sizes (Large and Small) and three different lengths (Daily, Every-Other-Day and Weekly), and the accompanying Temperature Snake workbook. This 25-page ebook includes all the information you need to figure out your colours and calculate the temperature range for your location, suggestions for colour palettes, and printable worksheets (that are also fillable digital forms, if you prefer) so you can log your temperatures and colours over the year.

Yarn: worsted weight yarn in any colours you choose.
Snake Collection: For the suggested length of snake, you will need a total of approx 110 yards/100m of yarn per snake.
Temperature Snake: Yardage depends on the number of colours you choose and which size of snake you're making, but you'll definitely need less than one 50g ball of each colour.
Hook: US E / 3.5mm

Snake Collection samples are approx 26-28" (66-71cm) long, but you can make yours as long as you want by adding more repeats to the body!
Temperature Snake will be (very approximately) 7ft, 4ft or 2ft, depending on the options you choose!
