I thought I&#8217;d take a look through and see the wonderful knit and crochet projects that made the cut this year. Imagine my surprise when I saw that my own <a href=\"\/blog\/amigurumi-discworld\/\">amigurumi Discworld<\/a> had been nominated &#8211; yay! As I continued to browse through the categories, I discovered that my Discworld has been nominated for not one, but <strong>three<\/strong> Bobby Awards!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/bobbys?award=141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/ravelry_bobby_nomination.png\" alt=\"I'm nominated for 3 Ravelry Bobby Awards!\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve ever been up for an award before! My Discworld is nominated in three categories: <em>Geekiest Pattern<\/em>, <em>Coolest Toy<\/em> and <em>Best Personal Pattern Project<\/em>. If you have a Ravelry account, and (of course) if you think my Discworld is worthy of the awards, please consider voting for me in any or all of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/bobbys?award=141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/bobbys?award=142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">three<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/bobbys?award=149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">categories<\/a> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/amidiscworld3.jpg\" alt=\"crocheted Discworld by planetjune\"><\/p>\n<p>It would be lovely to win, of course, but right now I feel so honoured to even be nominated and be recognised as an artist and designer.
