It&#8217;s been a great first year; between the two of us, we&#8217;ve written over 400 posts, and published tons of paper-crafty inspiration and tutorials.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few of our most popular tutorials from the year:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/ft_yr1.jpg\" alt=\"folding trees - year 1\" \/><br \/>\n<em>clockwise from top left: 1) my <a href=\"\/blog\/papercraft\/tissue-paper-carnations\/\">Tissue Paper Carnations<\/a>; 2) Eve&#8217;s Kusudama Ball (<a href=\"\/blog\/papercraft\/kusudama-flowers-tutorial\/\">my updated tutorial here<\/a>); 3) my <a href=\"\/blog\/papercraft\/lucky-wishing-stars-tutorial\/\">Lucky Wishing Stars<\/a>; 4) Eve&#8217;s Balloon Lights<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Of course, it&#8217;s also through my work on Folding Trees that I got a book deal (yay!).
