I can finally reveal the present I made for Kari (<a href=\"https:\/\/craftyginger.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crafty Ginger<\/a>). As I know she doesn&#8217;t crochet, in honour of her lovely Shiba Inu dog, may I present Ginger (Jr):<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/ginger1.jpg\" alt=\"crocheted shiba inu dog\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a  href=\"\/blog\/images\/ginger2_big.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/ginger2.jpg\" alt=\"crocheted shiba inu dog\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/ginger3.jpg\" alt=\"crocheted shiba inu dog\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I made up the pattern for this amigurumi as I went, although I was influenced by the photos of <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.livedoor.jp\/sorablog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soragumi<\/a>&#8216;s crocheted dogs. The finishing touches to personalise it: a spool-knitted collar in Kari&#8217;s favourite colour, with a tiny rubber-stamped shrink plastic dog tag hanging from it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How&#8217;s that for a Japanese post title!
