Unless you specify a different e-mail address in the comments box when you order, I will send your patterns to your PayPal e-mail. Please keep this e-mail address up to date! Sometimes my e-mails are returned and I have no other way to contact you to deliver your patterns 
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check for your details on this page, and contact me with an alternative e-mail address I can send your patterns to. I will ask you to confirm what you ordered and the original e-mail address you used so I can verify your identity.
