It's made from wire wrapped in paper towel and then floral tape, and the flowers are indeed fimo :) There's a sort of mini tutorial on my blog post. Maybe one day I should take close up photos of everything on those shelves and link to all the related posts?! Oh yes, my easy-care bonsai tree!
